The article says that the incinerator is on E deck. While there's no doubt the chapel is on E deck, I'm 99% certain that the incinerator is on the bottom deck. I have two reasons for believing this. First, I'm fairly certain the game specifies that the incinerator is reached after descending a stairwell when coming from the chapel. And second, there are actually complete diagrams for E deck and the bottom deck in the game. They can be seen right before the decision to go through door 1, 2, or 6 as part of a diagram of the entire ship (D deck is notobly excluded). Using this diagram, we can see that the incinerator is all the way at the aft of the ship on the bottom deck, as that's the only place where a room of the same shape can be seen. The diagram even highlights the path from the chapel's small 9 door to the incinerator (it likely does this for the large door too, but the image of C deck obscures it).
